Property Preparation & Best Practices

• Exterior of Property:
  
  • Insure all animals are removed ​from the yard along with any food bowls
  • Prepare the yard and landscape as best you can just prior to the photo shoot
  • Remove all trash and debris from lawn
  • Clean, sweep and or pressure wash all hard areas of your exterior as needed
  • Try to have all vehicles removed from driveway ​

• Interior of Property:
  
  • Ensure all floors are clean and free of clutter​
  • Please have all personal items or belongings that you do not wish to be photographed put away
  • Ensure all countertops, ledges and any furnishings are clean and clutter free
  • Ensure all windows and blinds are clean
  • Have all lightbulbs working and same color/brightness and have ceiling fans off
  • Have any beds made and clean with any items under them out of view

• Kitchens:
  
  • Ensure all countertops are free of clutter
  • Remove all dishes, food, food items, small appliances, hand towels, high chairs and cleaning supplies from view.
  • Ensure the refrigerator is clean and free of magnets and pictures.

• Bathrooms
  
  • Ensure the bathrooms is fully cleaned
  • Please have all personal and cleaning supplies put away including shampoo's, soaps, toothbrushes, blow dryers, bath towels and rugs.
  • Ensure that the toilet seat is down.
